By accessing or using our Website and services, including our membership video library and one-on-one mentorship programs (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. Use of Services
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Account: Access to certain features, such as the membership video library or booking mentorship sessions, requires an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated account information and to maintain the security of your login credentials.

2. Services and Payments
Membership Video Library: A subscription grants access to our expert video library, updated monthly. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled anytime, with access ending at the billing cycle’s close.
One-on-One Mentorship: You may book video conferencing sessions with experts, selecting the expert, date, time, and duration. Pricing varies based on session type (e.g., resume review or multi-session mentorship) and is disclosed at booking.
Payments: All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. You agree to pay all applicable fees, including taxes, as shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy.
Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Services or pricing with reasonable notice. Material changes will be communicated via email or the Website.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including videos, text, logos, and designs, is owned by Winning Careers, LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use as permitted by your subscription.
User content (e.g., information provided during mentorship bookings) grants us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process it solely to provide the Services.
4. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion if you violate these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.
You may terminate your account or subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
As-Is Basis: The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our Services.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winning Careers, LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by you in the prior 12 months.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
